What images can I use?

You can use any image that you have permission to do so.
We recommend using high resolution images, particularly for larger puzzles.
We reserve the right to refuse to use any image we choose.

⬤ Poster of your image matching the size of your chosen puzzle.
⬤ A high-quality net for storing the puzzle pieces.
⬤ Wood separators to easily arrange your puzzle pieces.

How are Create My Jigsaw puzzles made?

When we receive your image, we edit it to fit the puzzle size of your choice.
The image is then sent for printing and carefully attached to a wooden plate before being precisely cut into a jigsaw puzzle.

What are the jigsaws made from?

The jigsaws are made by printing the image and attaching it to wood.
The pieces have a smooth and strong connection.
Once completed the puzzle can be picked up without breaking!

What if my puzzle is damaged or missing pieces?

We take great care in producing our jigsaw puzzles.
In the event that your puzzle is damaged or missing pieces, we are happy to offer a refund or a new puzzle free of charge.

How long does production take?

Our jigsaws are carefully edited, printed, and cut, which takes time.
